How do IT service providers charge?

When seeking IT services, its common for providers to offer different pricing models – we believe in being as open and transparent as possible:
Fixed Project Cost: For a well-defined project, we will fix a cost which covers the entire scope of work, regardless of the time it takes to complete. The work will be carefully scoped and planned in advance, then undertaken at a time causing least disruption to the client/business.
Monthly/Annual Retainer: For ongoing daily support, such as Help Desk support, software updates, antivirus protection, system maintenance, etc. we charge a fixed monthly subscription, based on the number of users.
Security Services: An additional option, charged as a monthly subscription, which provides enhanced protection such as 24/7 system monitoring and management, dark web monitoring and penetration testing. Again, priced on number of users.
Custom Pricing: In many cases, a custom pricing package is required, based on the specific needs and requirements of the client. We will tailor your package to suit your exact requirements.
