3rd Line Support Engineer
An excellent and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Engineer to work for a forwarding thinking and busy IT support and consultancy company. Primarily involved with onsite and remote support but also including systems analysis and design of varying solutions for Interfuture Systems Limited SME/SMB clients.
Your role and position would be at a senior level overseeing a lean team of 1st and 2nd line support engineers and assist in keeping the technical team efficient and productive with a hands on and active approach.

- Excellent knowledge of Software including Windows Server (2003/2008), Exchange (2003/2007), Windows (XP/Vista/7), antivirus / antispam, Back Up Exec / Arcserve, CRM such as Microsft Dynamics
- Comprehensive experience of carrying out repairs on Workstations / Laptops/ Servers
- Networking knowledge of ADSL / Leased Line / WLAN / DNS /DHCP /VPN/ Firewall/TCP/IP at LAN /WAN Level
- Experience of Asterik, remote back up, Terminal Server, SQL, AD , or any IT automation tools (Kaseya/Labtech/n-able/ Solar Winds)
- Experience or have background of working with Unix /Linux (ie Solaris/Debian)
- Related technologies such as Apache, MySQL and PHP
- Ability to compile software from source on these platforms.
£Neg PA (Based on experience) + Overtime + Company Car + Phone
